Information Requests
The State of Texas Public Information Act and Open Meetings
Act provide for access to the public of certain records
and meetings of governmental entities. As such, citizens
have the opportunity to view, receive copies of documents
and attend meetings.
Use the Public Information Request Form to request information.
A nominal
fee is charged for copies and document access according
to the Texas Building and Procurement Commission.

Office at (830) 798-7060. The City Secretary serves as
the Public Information Officer.
