CITY HALL ADMINISTRATION OFFICE City Manager   Wage $100,325 – $160,521 annually DOQ.  General Position Duties:  The City Manager is the chief administrative officer of the City, performing highly responsible managerial and supervisory work in planning, organizing, and directing the operations of the City.  The duties of the City Manager include all responsibilities established by the City Charter, the City Council and by applicable ordinances and state and federal law.  The City Manager attends meetings of the City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, Economic Development Corporation and other special advisory boards and committees as needed .  Also performs other related duties as may be assigned or required.  Education, Work Experience Required:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field from an accredited high education institution.  (Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related field desired) ten years of progressively responsible experience in municipal government, applicable valid Texas Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and must be bondable.  Application Deadline:  Friday, April 25, 2014 at 5:00 pm.
