The development calendar provides application deadlines and corresponding meeting dates for any development application(s) submitted to the City regarding land use issues, which may or may not involve any of the following: platting, zoning, variances, and street abandonment’s.

Planning and related Land Use applications, along with corresponding application material checklists, can be found on the Forms and Applications page under the "Planning Applications" tab.
Planning is accomplished by adherence to the City Comprehensive Plan, land use regulations, general development relating to the site (i.e., parking, landscaping), and maintaining detailed files of all applications filed for plats, zoning cases, variances and street abandonment's.
The Planning Division staff is committed to providing strategic planning efforts and assistance in order to fulfill the community visions and goals.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS - ANNEXATION
The City of Marble Falls proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include 1,242 acres of land south of State Highway 71, 15 acres of U.S. Highway 281 right-of-way, and 9 acres of State Highway 71 right-of-way.
