GIS and Mapping

Services and Responsibilities
The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) division of the City of Marble Falls is part of the Development Services Department and is responsible for city data collection, maintenance, and map creation.

Our services include maintaining a library of hard-copy and digital maps, including zoning, land use, transportation, floodplain, and other types of data supporting city functions. Our interactive mapping website provides city data in a layer selection format, putting the power of GIS to work for the public.

General City maps are available for download in PDF format here and available as hard copies for purchase per request. Please feel free to contact our GIS division with any questions or requests.

911 Addressing
The GIS division is also responsible for assigning addresses, using Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) standards. For more information on addressing, change of address procedures, or any related questions you may have, please contact our GIS Analyst.
